BHEL has selected Subash Infrastructure as the sub-contractor for the Stacker cum Reclaimer and Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) packages. Bygging, Paharpur, and Transrail are the major contenders in the price bid for the IDCT package. Triveni Construction has been selected for the civil and architectural works for the Coal Handling Plant (CHP) and . Macawber Beekay has been selected as sub- contractor for the Ash Handling Plant (AHP) package. Tender has been cancelled for the PMC and its re-tendering works are in progress. ATS ELGI has been selected for the compressed air system package.
